The problem
Butter is always an afterthought on the table: plain, mass-produced and forgettable. People who love good food have few fresh, premium, ready-to-use flavoured butters made in India, and gourmet options are usually imported, expensive or full of preservatives.
Why it exists
We wanted butter to be the star of the table. Burro Bello starts with single-origin A2 milk, is made in small batches, has every flavour blended in by hand, and comes in jute-wrapped jars. Flavours like Peri Peri, Truffle & Parmesan, and Basil, Parmesan & Pine Nut are made to dip, spread and melt on bread, toast, veggies and pasta.
Vision / purpose
To become India's go-to artisanal butter brand, starting in Gurgaon and growing city by city, with a Tasting Circle community that votes on every new flavour we make. Every meal deserves a better butter.
